How do I book you Pete ?

A deposit will be taken to give you peace of mind that your event is booked*

*Deposits are non refundable if you decide to cancel at a later date.

What about bad weather?

I have a 4×4 vehicle for such rare occasions.

What about if something happens on route to the event?

Most unlikely, but let’s be real. If the worst case scenario happens i have access to a fully

professional pool of DJ’s that will suit the event.

How do i know Pete that you are right for my event?

30 years in this industry and experienced almost every aspect. Whether it’s an 18th, 21st, 30th, 50th or whatever party i will play exactly what is required.

25 years of experience in Super Clubs , Clubs, Bars, Pubs and Restaurants’, also fully trained in professional microphone technique & years of wedding etiquette experience.

Can i pick and choose what gets played?

Of course you can if you wish. I always work very closely with the customer involved to really tailor make and also bespoke the event and make it one to remember. I warmly welcome requests on the night from all the guests( with over 19,000 tracks with me the chances are I have what you ask for)

Insurance and PAT Test Certificate?

Health and Safety is paramount to me, your venue and your guests, therefore, all of my equipment is Portable Appliance Tested (PAT) annually. I have full Public Liability Insurance and both certificates are carried on me at all times.

Do you provide other services?

Such as: Marquee Hire / Larger or Smaller Sound Systems / Children’s Entertainments (Magician, Bouncy Castles, Balloon Modelling etc ) , Stilt Walkers , Fire Breathers , Meeters & Greeters, Auctioneer Service / Light Up Dance Floors / Photo Booth’s / Karaoke DVD Booth Service / Extra Sound Light & Décor (to suit the venue’s needs) / Photographer’s /  Video camera service  / Flower arrangers / Saxophonist’s / Percussionist’s.

Whatever your request I will gladly get it right for you. Just ask.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% is due on all bookings on agreement of date. The final balance is due 2 weeks before the event. All payments are to the company account only via bank transfer. A full invoice is sent via email or post to all clients. If a booking deposit has not cleared for the mentioned agreed date, Pete Ferrant has the right to take a further bookings elsewhere. If a deposit has cleared and the afore mentioned agreed date is cancelled, the deposit and/ or full payment is non refundable.

If the cleared deposit date is moved by the clients,Pete Ferrant will try to accommodate the forthcoming date if no other bookings have been taken. Only if the deposit has cleared.

If, in a rare troubled/violent situation with or between clients at events, Pete Ferrant reserves to right to stop his performance and leave the premises with immediate effect, for his own safety.

A four wheel drive transportation is on hand to get to events in extreme bad weather. If a client wishes to choose not to pay into the company account by bankers draft, on the agreed date(s) , then alternative agreements possibly can be made.

This must be agreed at first contact of the chosen date. In the unlikely event of Pete Ferrant can not perform on the agreed date, an alternate DJ will be supplied or indeed a full refund of the payments from the clients will be sent by return within 24 hours.
